I have always had a love for food, in particular sweet treats. As an avid home baker I have always made more than I needed or that could be consumed by the kids, so I began making treat boxes for family, friends and neighbours — and have since become affectionately known as the cake fairy! There has been many discussions over the years about making my baking addiction a business, and I finally plucked up the courage (with the encouragement of family and friends) to start The Treat Stop. A bit like the ice cream man, I make various stops delivering treats to the masses.
